The initiative of engineer Mr Valentín Martín de Paz, endorsed by his education and experience in Europe for the last 20 years at leading companies in the sector, led to the establishment of Sociedad FINITEC, S.L. on 4 October 1982. The tough but promising beginnings were embarked upon at the first work centre in Madrid, with a select staff of 5 people and a company objective of “Installation, maintenance and repair of devices, machines, accessories and products for industrial painting”. During these first years, great success was obtained in the general industry and the initial steps taken into the automobile industry with the creation of the first installations.
After the death of its founding partner in 1989, the heirs took the decision to sell the property to the current shareholders, who acquired a 100% participation in FINITEC. Starting at this time, FINITEC has worked at the creation of turnkey facilities exclusively in the automobile industrial and its evolution has been exponential in all areas. Presently, the 4 work centres, test centre and a wide human team reflect its consolidation as a leading provider to the main companies in the sector.
